Some Features of this Surface Cooler :

     Our design is based on the heat demand and relevant dimensions as required by customers, which will eventually maximize the heat exchange functions.
    The special reflow distribution greatly strengthens the heat exchange performance. The water can be discharged fully and easily and the anti-freezing capability is strong.

Description of common materials of this Surface Cooler :

• Fin plate: optical aluminum foil, hydrophilic aluminum foil, black hydrophilic aluminum foil and copper foil;
• Heat exchange tube: Purple copper pipe with internal screws, purple copper-based optical tube and copper-nickel alloy tube;
• Connector pipe: purple copper pipe and seamless steel pipe;
• Connection pipe: purple copper pipe, brass pipe and seamless steel pipe;
• Sheet metal: aluminum plate, galvanized steel plate, stainless steel plate and embossed aluminum plate;
• Special treatment: spraying and coating, anodic oxidation and electrophoresis
